Multi-storey hi-rise steel and concrete extension. This extension involved "High-End" finishes and specialized glass and canopy designs. A new elevator was added serving 13 floors and 3 basements. A complete renovation of the existing air conditioning and heating system was done. A complete new sprinkler system was added throughout. The entire existing cafeteria was demolished and the new extension incorporated a new "glass enclosed" 2 "clear storey" cafeteria Extensive and meticulous coordination with the owner's operations was required, as the existing facility was a hospital type re-habilitation center. No dust, or noise or interruption of daily activities was permitted.
