St Hubert Library – $11,000,000 project

This project won the Excellence in architecture prize from the Canadian Institute of Architecture.  It is a complex LEED project, requiring sophisticated coordination and ingenuity.  Il also required the latest technological mechanical systems, including geothermal power, radiant heating, floor ventilation and air circulation.  A "Green" roof complete with landscaped planting materials was also installed.
